Designed & Built: From The Ground Up

Advocate Construction Services LLC has the capabilities to design, plan, execute and create a beautiful home; entirely from the ground up! We are firm believers in setting our homes on firm foundations, just like our faith in Jesus Christ. Our teams have the ability and drive to please our customers and deliver a product that we are proud of.

This project, known as the Lake Bend Project, took us one year to complete. We built this home and laid the foundation, via our Advocate Foundation division. Next we called in our Advocate Construction team to begin the task of building a home that is 100% custom. Our home owner had the ability to select all of their construction materials.

We don’t constrain our customers to just “kits” or “packages.” When you build a new home with Advocate Construction, you are getting a home builder that tailors our product to your specific taste. We are boutique business in that sense; one that cares more about your happiness in your new home than skimming profit out of measly packages (like other cookie-cutter home builders).

New Construction for us means one key word – construction! That’s what we live for and it’s our bread and butter. Our owner, Nathan Moore, loves detailed projects and we take pride in nailing down all of the details to match our customers exact specifications. From ordering Italian Tile (from Italy), to sourcing Arizona Flag Stone (from random quarries around the state) – we’ve done it all. There is no length that our team will not go to find the materials that you want for your custom Advocate home.

The Lake Bend project is unique and gorgeous due to the Spanish style exterior, paired with the elegant finish-out inside of the home. All of the framing, cabinetry, banisters & windows were custom built within our Elite Cabinetry workshop! These beautiful finishing pieces were designed, cut, stained and installed by hand; using the best cabinetry tradesmen around the Wichita Falls area.

Not only do we build beautiful homes from the inside out, but we also install all of the fun toys to go along with them.
